How to get

By car
Exit at Lucca East, Florence-Pisa A11 motorway (Autostrada A11 Firenze-Pisa). Continue in Viale Europa, overpass the roundabout and go straight on in Viale Carducci.
Follow the directions to the parking “Le Tagliate”.
Once arrived there, walk for 300 metres, going by the main walls through an apposite pedestrian passage (Sortita San Frediano), which directly leads you to the Real Collegio.
From 8.30 to 10 a.m. a free bus will take you from the parking to Santa Maria Square (Piazza Santa Maria), near to Real Collegio.
